Our off-season training programs are designed for athletes looking to take the next step in their paddling journey. Whether they are looking for extra time on the water through the fall and spring or are looking to build on their on-water success through getting stronger in the weight room in the winter. The CPCC's Off-Season Training programs are essential to long-term success in our sport and are a great way to get strong, fit, and healthy in a fun and knowledgeable environment. Led by our certified coaches, winter training program activities include (but are not limited to) strength training, running, swimming, yoga, and cross country skiing and of course, paddling (spring & fall). Join us in developing strong training and lifestyle habits at the CPCC through the off-season!
