Our U10/U12/U14 Spring Training program for ages 8-13 (as of January 1st, 2024) is a 7-week program designed around Canoe Kayak Canada’s FUNdamentals and Foundations and Learning to Train stages of the Long Term Athlete Development plan. Athletes will work with our friendly, experienced, and certified coaches to learn and continue to build beginner and intermediate sprint canoe and kayak technique, race preparation skills, and physical fitness through training and games both on and off the water.

PROGRAM SCHEDULE: MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY from 4:00PM-5:30PM
AGES: 8-13 (as of Jan. 1st, 2024)
PLEASE NOTE - Your registration is only complete once you submit payment in full and complete our waiver & code of conduct, and concussion code of conduct (must be completed for each registered participant). Payment can be made online upon registration (credit card payments are subject to A 3% transaction fee) or via email transfer to finance@cpcanoeclub.com).
