Guided by the Active for Life stage of CKC’s LTAD model, our adult winter training program offers well-rounded group training sessions built on individual goals. This program will provide specific strength training in our CPCC weight room balanced with strength training circuits and technical canoe/kayak ergometer training. An important component to this program is also the development of a fun and healthy social environment to shape a happy and healthy lifestyle in. Program participants will have the option to join 1-3 training sessions per week.
PROGRAM FEE: $225 for 1 session per week, $350 for 2-3 sessions per week
TARGET ATHLETES: Recommended for athletes looking for specific strength and fitness development in a social and knowledgeable environment
COMMITMENT: 1 session per week, or 2-3 sessions per week (Tuesday & Thursday from 5:30PM – 7:00PM, every 2nd Saturday morning - time is TBD)
PLEASE NOTE: Our 2024-2025 winter programs will begin on Monday, November 18th and will continue until Saturday, April 26th.
- The club will be closed for Christmas from December 22nd, 2024 – January 2nd, 2025, however athletes will be provided with a program to complete at home during this time. The club will also be closed for March Break from March 10th-15th, 2025.
