Collection: Camp Programs: WEEKLY & FULL SUMMER CAMPS

The Carleton Place Canoe Club offers weekly and full summer camps for children aged 6–13 (as of January 1, 2026). Families may register for individual weeks between July 2 and August 30, or choose a full-summer option. Camps run daily from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and are delivered by our friendly, experienced, and NCCP-certified instructors.

Campers are introduced to the fundamentals of canoeing and kayaking through engaging, age-appropriate activities that emphasize water safety, teamwork, skill development, and physical literacy. Each day balances time on the water with outdoor games, crafts, and beach activities, allowing campers to stay active, build friendships, and enjoy being outdoors on the river. (Sandcastle building is always a favourite!)

To support family schedules, CPCC offers before and after care from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, providing up to three additional hours of care each day. • PLEASE NOTE: The weeks of June 29th - July 3rd and August 4th - 7th, 2026 (WEEK #1 & #6) are 4-day weeks, we will be closed on Wednesday, July 1st, and Monday, August 3rd to observe the respective holidays.

You must be in good financial standing with the club and its affiliates, with no pre-existing membership, camp or race fees overdue at registration.
