This high-energy, friendly competition is designed to bring athletes together, mix age groups, and enjoy a great team-building experience.

Tournament Format
- Maximum of 4 teams
- 6-8 players per team

- Minimum of 3 female players on the court at all times

25-minute games
- Two 10-minute halves
- 5-minute halftime

Double-elimination format
- Every team is guaranteed at least two games
