Our Adult Canoe, Kayak and Dragon Boat programs are designed in alignment with Canoe Kayak Canada’s Active for Life stage of the Long-Term Athlete Development model. These programs promote a healthy, active lifestyle through paddle sport, welcoming adults of all ages, interests, and experience levels.

Whether you’re brand new to paddling or looking to refine your skills, the CPCC offers fun, social, and supportive programs that encourage learning, fitness, and time spent outdoors on the water. From recreational paddling and skill development to team-based Dragon Boat experiences, our programs are built to help participants stay active, connect with others, and enjoy the many benefits of paddling in a welcoming community environment.
