This program will provide athletes up to 5 sessions per week between Monday and Friday. The goals of this program are centered on functional strength, fitness, and performance development for the 2022 season and beyond. Training sessions will target the development of general endurance, speed, and strength through high intensity circuit training, swimming, running, yoga, and functional and dynamic strength training. Winter training is an essential tool for long-term success in our sport, and is also a great way to stay strong, fit, and healthy in a fun and knowledgeable environment.

Dates: November 8th - April 30th (please note that the club will be closed through Christmas, and for a few weeks during winter and spring training camps)
Age: Born 2009 or later
Commitment: 4-6 training sessions per week
