Our U16+ Fall Program will have up to 8 practices per week focused on developing advanced paddling technique in a fun and knowledgeable environment. Athletes will get more on-water time with specific technical drills & skills. This program will be high km volume emphasizing base aerobic and technical development for athletes at the provincial and national level.
Training times: Monday - Wednesday and Friday at 6:00am, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 3:00pm, Saturday at 8:00am

Please Note: All participants MUST be in good standing with the CPCC, CKO, and CKC prior to participating in this program. Program fees must be paid in full by Thursday, September 3rd, 2020. We require a minimum of 8 participants to run this program.
