The U12 Spring Training Program allows committed young athletes to get a head start on the summer training and racing season. Athletes will have the opportunity to participate in online-training sessions, dryland workouts, and on-water paddling sessions (COVID-19 dependent) throughout this program. Spring training is a great way to be active, practice new skills, and get an early kick-start to the 2021 season! This program will start online on May 17th and run until June 26th. Sessions will take place Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 4:00 to 5:00pm.
NOTE: As we receive more information regarding COVID-19 restrictions from the government of Ontario and our sport governing bodies, we will inform you of when, and how on-water practices will be integrated into the U12 spring programming.
