Our U12 Fall Program will have 4 practices per week focused on developing beginner to intermediate paddling technique in a fun and knowledgeable environment. Athletes will get more on-water time with specific technical drills, skills, and games. This program will emphasize basic aerobic aerobic conditioning and technical development for athletes at the divisional and provincial level.
Training times: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 4:30pm, Saturday at 10:00am

Please Note: All participants MUST be in good standing with the CPCC, CKO, and CKC prior to participating in this program. Program fees must be paid in full by Thursday, September 3rd, 2020. We require a minimum of 6 participants to run this program.
