This program is by invitation and will serve as a sprint competition development program for athletes looking to take the next step in their paddling journey. With so much potential and promising talent within our youth sprint racing programs, we are looking to provide a clear pathway to successful canoe/kayak athlete development.
Athletes in this program will work in sprint singles and crew boats to further develop their technical skills and physical fitness. There will be some dryland training sessions included as the weather cools at the end of October.
PROGRAM DATES: September 3rd - October 26th, 2024
SESSION DATES & TIMES: Monday - Friday from 2:45PM-4:15PM OR 4:30PM-6:00PM & Saturday from 10:00AM-12:00PM OR Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 4:30PM-6:00PM
- Sessions per week: 3 or 6
PROGRAM FEE: $300 for 6 sessions per week (Monday-Saturday) OR $200 for 3 afternoons per week (Monday/Wednesday/Friday)
